Read this before sending payment
Trade Monkey alerts and guides are educational tools. Crypto trading is speculative, volatile, and risky. Signals can fail, markets can move quickly, and no channel, indicator, or analyst can guarantee profit. Members are responsible for position sizing, exchange choice, leverage decisions, tax treatment, and whether a setup fits their own plan.
Payment and delivery
USDT TRC20 payments are manually or automatically verified by transaction hash. Access is delivered through the Trade Monkey Telegram bot after the correct package amount is confirmed. Because blockchain transfers are irreversible, users should confirm the network, wallet address, package, and amount before sending funds.
Refund policy
If access cannot be delivered because of a Trade Monkey-side technical problem, contact support with the transaction hash and selected package. If a user sends funds to the wrong network, wrong address, wrong amount, or a fake impersonator, recovery may not be possible. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not a guarantee of reimbursement for market losses, missed trades, or personal execution mistakes.
Safer payment checklist
- Use the listed TRC20 wallet only.
- Send the exact package amount.
- Save the transaction hash before closing your wallet app.
- Never share seed phrases, private keys, or exchange login details.
